1. Scope of Services

Your subscription grants access to a wide range of creative design services, including but not limited to:

  • Print Design

  • Car Wrap Design

  • Social Media Graphics & Videos

  • Visual Identity & Branding

  • Packaging, Merch, and Apparel Design

  • Large-Format Graphics

  • Essential Print Materials (flyers, posters, brochures, etc.)

  • Typography, Infographics, Illustrations, and Book Covers

  • Printing coordination and consultation (Printing costs billed separately)

We provide unlimited design requests, fulfilled one at a time in the order they are received. Typical delivery time for standard requests is 48 hours, though larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

2. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you own all final design files delivered to you. X12X reserves the right to showcase work in our portfolio, social media, or case studies unless a written NDA is signed in advance.

3. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Refunds are available only within the first 7 days and only if no design work has been delivered. In such cases, 75% of the subscription fee will be refunded.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work, regardless of project status or client satisfaction.

4. Printing Services

Printing and delivery costs are not included in your subscription and are quoted separately based on project needs and volume. We specialize in high-volume printing (10,000+ pieces) and provide offset, large-format, merchandise, and promotional printing support.

5. Code of Conduct / Content Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion, without obligation to explain the reason.
We do not accept or create content that includes:

  • Nudity or pornography

  • Hate speech or discriminatory material

  • Violent or illegal content

  • Any material that violates intellectual property or copyright laws

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear, specific requests

  • Supplying brand assets when needed (logos, colors, fonts, etc.)

  • Timely communication and approvals

Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

7. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any proprietary materials you submit will remain private and will not be shared outside of X12X without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

X12X reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
